This is supported by Management System Certification for sorting and packing chicken eggs which we received after the conducted audit. The certification process was conducted by TUV NORD POLAND Sp. zoo.
The HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) is a system of procedures designed to ensure food safety through identification and estimation of the scale of threats from the point of view of health requirements for food and it estimates the risk of threats at all stages of production. These procedures help also identify ways of eliminating or reducing hazards and to determine corrective actions.
